Color Mixing Clip Cards give children ages 3 to 6 a simple, concrete way to explore color theory: they look at two paint colors, predict the color they make together, and clip the answer, all in a printable PDF with matching control cards for independent checking.

• To check, the child flips the card over (double-sided version) or finds the matching control card (single-sided version)
• Offer the 3 secondary color cards first, then tints, then tertiary mixes as confidence grows

Where It Fits in the Sensorial Sequence

These cards follow naturally after Color Box 2 matching and Color Box 3 grading. The tint cards make the connection visible: adding white lightens a color, just as the tablets in Color Box 3 move from dark to light.
